Job Description
TheCompany is a global technology firm providing IT services to external clients. We are hiring an IT Support professional to be the dedicated support function for our external clients.

You will handle level 1 and 2 queries across 20+ accounts, mainly focused on Windows environments and hardware, with a solid emphasis on customer service and problem solving, in a 4-day hybrid work setup with on-call weekend duties paid at 150% of the usual rate.
