Job Description

CBRE Asia Pacific in Melbourne seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee two Premium Grade towers. You'll lead engineering and building services operations across the precinct, manage critical systems, and drive CAPEX plans for asset lifecycles.

You'll oversee budgets, contractor performance, and safety, while mentoring a facilities team and strengthening client relationships to improve overall asset performance and NABERS outcomes.
