Bupa Medical in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of Medical Centres, driving performance, profitability and patient experience. You will work with the National Operations Manager to enhance clinician utilisation, patient volume and GP engagement while managing budgets and embedding process improvements.
