Peoples Coffee is hiring experienced specialty baristas and all rounders, for our new stores at Anzac and Parkville stations. People's Coffee is on the lookout for experienced Specialty Baristas and all rounders to join our 2 new espresso located at the current Anzac and Parkville stations. We're a quality-driven, people-focused team serving fast, consistent coffee to a loyal crowd.

What you'll be doing

n

Dialling in,



managing high-volume espresso service and maintaining consistency across every shot.
n
Taking customer orders
n
Engaging with regulars, giving genuine, efficient service at the bar.
n
Taking part in keeping the bar sharp: cleaning, restocking and working smoothly with the team.

What you'll bring

n

n
Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee in a fast-paced cafe or espresso bar.
n
Confident dial-in, milk, and workflow skills under pressure.
n
Strong customer service, communication and a calm, positive attitude.
n
Rights to work in Australia and weekday availability.
