Kanda is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support young people in secure home settings on the Sunshine Coast. You will help them navigate daily routines, build life skills and form trusting relationships.

Using The Sanctuary Model and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, you will create calm spaces with training and local leadership backing you. Roles include shifts across Beerwah, Caboolture and Buderim.
