We're looking for a strong people leader to take the helm of our Dandenong depot and drive performance, culture, and continuous improvement.

As the Head of Operations & Sales - Dandenong, you'll bring urgency, confidence, and a customer‐first mindset.
You'll understand the bigger picture, set clear objectives, and guide the team to deliver outstanding results every day.
What You'll Do
Lead and support a large, diverse team of 220+ employees
Oversee and coordinate all site functions
Plan for and respond to operational change
Champion safety and a high-performance culture
Deliver on the branch strategy and drive improvement initiatives
Grow customer satisfaction and service quality
Motivate and support the sales team to meet growth targets
Ensure compliance with all internal, legal and regulatory requirements
About You
Proven experience in a similar leadership role
KPI-driven with strong customer focus and resilience under pressure
Engineering degree or technical background (highly regarded)




Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to think laterally
Experience in Transport, Logistics or Mobile Service industries
Approachable, supportive leadership style
Passion for continuous improvement
Excellent people, communication and time‐management skills
Quick learner with the ability to manage varied responsibilities
Strong work ethics, integrity and commitment
Comfortable learning recent systems and technology
Proactive and eager to upskill
Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
