You'll work alongside experienced claims and motor professionals in a collaborative team environment, reporting to a supportive Motor Assessing Team Leader. What will you be doing?
n
n
Manage allocated motor claims from assessment through to repair outcomes
n
Assess vehicle damage through virtual assessments and supplier reports
n
Determine causation, coverage, damage and appropriate repair methods
n
Review repair scopes and provide accurate, cost-effective recommendations
n
Prepare and review damage repair quotes and estimates
n
Build strong relationships with repairers and internal stakeholders
n
Negotiate repair scopes, costs and outcomes with repair networks
n
Deliver quality customer and stakeholder outcomes throughout the claims process
n

What do you need?
n
n
Panel Beating or Automotive Spray Painting qualification, or relevant experience
n
Previous experience in motor assessing, repair estimating or a related role
n
Strong understanding of vehicle damage and repair processes
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong computer literacy and willingness to embrace technology
n
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong attention to detail and commercial decision-making skills
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
Willingness to complete background checks and paid training
n
Flexibility to work across Sydney assessment centres when required
