WELDWORKS PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Carpenter for our client's construction industry (residential homes, commercial buildings, and public spaces) across NSW, WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team. Title: Carpenter, Full-time position Salary: A$ 90,000.00 to 98,000.00 plus super Work Location: In person. We are looking for applicants who demonstrate the following: Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
n
Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
n
Valid driver's license and own transport (preferred)
n
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
n
Physical stamina and strength.
n
Attention to detail and precision.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
n
Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

n

Read and interpret technical drawings,



blueprints, and engineering plans to precisely measure, cut, and assemble materials.
n
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, door frames, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
n
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
n
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
n
Estimate materials, labor, and costs needed for carpentry projects and prepare detailed work plans.
n
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the project specifications are met.
n
Supervise and coordinate with junior carpenters and other workers on the job site.
n
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy before final installation or handover.
n
Maintain a clean and secure work setting during and after the project completion.
n
Troubleshoot and solve in office problems quickly to keep projects on schedule.
