We are seeking an experienced and dependable HR Truck Driver / Furniture Removalist who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and is prepared to take responsibility for the protected and professional completion of each removal.

This is a significant position appropriate for a mature, dependable, and physically capable individual who can lead by example and represent our enterprise professionally

Key Responsibilities

n

Safely operate and maintain our furniture removal trucks.
n
Lead and work effectively with a furniture removal crew.
n
Carefully load, secure, transport, and unload customers' furniture and belongings.
n
Protect customers' property from damage throughout the removal.
n
Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
n
Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
n




Communicate courteously with customers, management, and team members.
n
Complete job sheets and other required documentation accurately.
n
Take responsibility for the truck, crew, equipment, and the successful completion of assigned jobs.
n
Follow all road transport, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
n

The ideal candidate should possess:

A current, valid HR driver's licence.
n
Previous truck-driving experience.
n
Experience in furniture removals, transport, delivery, or logistics.
n
A protected driving record and a responsible attitude.
n
The physical fitness required for furniture removal work.
n
A professional appearance and respectful manner.
n
Robust customer service and communication skills.
n
The ability to lead a crew and work as part of a team.
n
A reliable, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
n
Drug- and alcohol-free workplace habits.
