This is a transactional role with development opportunities. You will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business while gaining exposure to month-end processes and financial reporting.

Working closely with the finance team, you will help ensure the accuracy of financial data across multiple clinics and build your understanding of how this supports business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
n

Daily allocation and reconciliation of incoming payments
n
Processing supplier invoices and assisting with payment runs
n
Preparing and assisting with payment runs
n
Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple clinics
n
Assisting with bank reconciliations
n
Supporting month-end close processes
n
Assisting with preparation of management reports, including P&L; analysis.
n
n
About You
n
n
1–3 years' experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or a similar role (or relevant accounting degree)
n
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
n
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (preferred)
n
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn
n
Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
n
Interest in developing a long-term career in finance/accounting
n
