About the role

We are seeking energetic, reliable and detail-focused Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming and memorable workplace for every guest.

n

Availability to work over a 7-day weekly rotating roster is essential. Shifts are mostly Monday to Friday; Shift timings are 8am-4pm weekdays and 9am-5pm on weekends.

Shifts are primarily 8am–4pm on weekdays and 9am–5pm on weekends

Minimum 6 months' experience in hotel housekeeping
n
Punctual, efficient and committed to meeting time standards
n
Availability during Christmas, New Year and the Australian Open period is required
n

Key responsibilities

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms to Pullman brand standards
n
Maintaining bathrooms including shower recess, tiles and amenities
n
Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
n
Replacing towels, linen and other in-room items
n
Restocking amenities including tea, coffee and bathroom products
n
Resetting rooms to the highest presentation standards
n
Ensuring guest room safety and security is maintained at all times
n

n
