DAY TO DAY
n

Conduct market research on property pricing, growth, and rental returns
n
Inspect and evaluate properties to determine suitability for client requirements
n
Access and secure off-market prospects through strong agent relationships and networking
n
Analyse RP Data, Pricefinder, and recent comparable sales aligned with client briefs
n
Attend industry events to build and maintain a strong network of selling agents and industry professionals
n
Assist in identifying content opportunities including off-market deals, success stories, and market trends
n

PERKS

Base salary with no DR/CR
n
Commission structure to be discussed directly based
n
Commission varies depending on whether the lead is company-generated or self-generated
n
Minimum 2 clients per month signed up and provided by the agency (approx. $25,000 fee)

Additional per month bonuses based on KPI performance

THE PERSON
n
n
5+ years of experience as a Sales Associate or Sales Agent in the Sydney Real Estate Market. Strong Market knowledge of your key areas.
n
Robust understanding of the Sydney residential property market
n
Ready to work your ass off.
n
Determined to succeed but hasn't found the traction as an Agent.
n
No Ego
n
n
New role created due to business growth
n
Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week
n
Saturdays include attending auctions, bidding, and property inspections
