Job Description

Multiplex is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to partner with managers and project teams across Victoria and South Australia. Based at Melbourne HQ, you will provide guidance on people matters, performance management and policy interpretation.

The role includes ad hoc travel to South Australia and supports the Enterprise Agreement, remuneration and talent initiatives. You'll lead on workplace investigations, contribute to mentoring programs, and engage with the Jump Start program while delivering
