Job Description
Colonial First State (CFS) is seeking a Director, AI Solution Patterns & Applied Engineering based in Sydney.
You will own engineering patterns, standards and reusable capabilities to turn AI strategy into scalable delivery across the SDLC.
You will lead the adoption of AI across projects, establish AI engineering standards, and build enterprise agent frameworks to accelerate delivery.
