About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader to oversee day-to-day venue operations while driving service standards,



team performance and operational excellence across the business.
n
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will lead the FOH team while supporting all aspects of service, training, recruitment, and operational performance.
n
This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and takes pride in developing teams and delivering consistent guest experiences.
