Job Description

This Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker position is based in a youth justice custodial environment. You will deliver culturally protected care, support physical and mental health, and help young people transition back into the community with a focus on advocacy and team-oriented care.

The role requires solid culturally informed practice, trauma‐informed care, and the ability to engage with vulnerable young people within a multidisciplinary health service.
