Youwillleadandsupporttheproductionofdetailedbusinessplans,conductingdetailedfinancialduediligenceforacquisitions,mergers,andbuyouts,identifyingrisksandopportunities.

Requirements

Skills&Experience;:

n

Minimumof7-10yearsofexperienceinmanagementaccounting,ideallyinengineeringormanufacturing
n
Proventrackrecordofparticipatinginaudits,includingpreparationandmanagementofauditprocesses.
n
Extensiveexperienceinmergers,acquisitions,andbuyouts,includingduediligenceandintegration.
n
Excellentknowledgeoffinancialsystems,ERPsoftware,andadvancedExcelskills.
n
ExperiencemanagingfinancialgrowthinbusinessestransitioningfromSMEtomid-sizedoperations.
n
Strategicthinkerwithexceptionalleadershipqualitiesandtheabilitytomanagecross-functionalteams
