An established accounting and advisory firm is looking for an experienced Admin/Bookkeeper to join their Maroochydore office.
The Opportunity
This is a wide-ranging, client-facing role for someone who enjoys working across bookkeeping, office administration and client support.
Working alongside the accounting team, you'll play an important role in supporting clients and helping keep the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
General bookkeeping and accounts support
Processing and maintaining financial records in Xero
Day-to-day office administration and workflow coordination
Client communication and support
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the accounting team
About You
We're looking for someone with:
Solid experience in bookkeeping and/or administration
3+ years' experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Professional communication and client service skills
A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work independently
Previous experience within an accounting or qualified services environment
