Are you passionate about quality food production and love working in a hands-on environment? Pure Gelato, Australia's award-winning artisan gelato manufacturer, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Gelato Production Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

n

Assisting in the daily production of premium gelato and sorbet
n
Operating commercial mixing and freezing equipment
n
Cleaning and maintaining production areas and machinery
n
Packing and labelling finished products
n
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times
n

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
n
Previous food production experience is an advantage (but not essential - training provided!)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
