About the Opportunity
A well-established residential developer is seeking an experienced
Site Supervisor
to oversee the delivery of a lifestyle village. This is a long-term opportunity with a strong pipeline of ongoing projects in the region.
The Project
Lifestyle village comprising of
low-set detached homes
Consistent build type across all dwellings (streamlined delivery)
Construction released in phases
Approx.
3-year project duration
, with another development scheduled to commence locally upon completion
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations across staged builds
Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
Liaise with project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates




About You
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
Ability to manage multiple builds concurrently in staged delivery
Robust organisational and communication skills
QBCC licence
not essential
(experience valued over licensing for this role)
