About the Role
n
As Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of Allied Health professionals while driving clinical excellence across the organisation.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Designing and developing high-quality Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation courses
n
Creating learning pathways through the Allied Health Warrior platform
n
Delivering face-to-face workshops and professional development programs
n
Providing one-on-one mentorship and clinical supervision
n
Supporting Physiotherapists to develop advanced MSK clinical skills
n
Contributing to research-informed practice and clinical innovation
n
Collaborating with industry leaders and subject matter experts
n




Maintaining a clinical caseload of approximately 24 billable hours per week
n
n
About You
n
You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys developing others and is passionate about evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
n
You Will Bring
n
n
Minimum 5 years' Physiotherapy experience
n
Extensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience
n
Strong mentoring, coaching and education skills
n
Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload and achieve performance outcomes
n
Solid communication and presentation skills
n
Passion for clinician development and professional education
n
Ability to influence and inspire clinicians at all career stages
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
APA Titled Physiotherapist status or working towards titling
n
Experience within NDIS and disability-related rehabilitation
n
Experience delivering education, supervision or professional development programs
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Bachelor or Postgraduate Qualification in Physiotherapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
n
Ability to travel across clinic locations as required
