About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Build genuine relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience
Identify customer needs and recommend the right Kia vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
Conduct vehicle presentations,



demonstrations and test drives
Manage enquiries and follow up prospective customers
Work towards and achieve individual and dealership sales targets
Maintain strong product knowledge across the Kia range
Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process
Represent the Kia brand and South Morang Kia with professionalism and enthusiasm
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated, energetic and driven to succeed
Passionate about the automotive industry and the Kia brand
A natural people person who genuinely enjoys helping customers
Confident, professional and an excellent communicator
Results-focused while maintaining a customer-first approach
Well presented and organised
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A strong team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
Experienced in automotive sales
or
has a strong background in sales and a desire to build a career in automotive
