Autobarn Toowoomba is seeking candidates with prior industry experience, that are confident in their abilities within the automotive electrical and accessory installation discipline. If you have a passion for automotive excellence and take pride in meticulous workmanship, we'd love to meet you!

What We're Looking For:
n
Automotive Electrical Experience: You must have a solid understanding of 12v and 24v automotive electrical systems, theory and diagnosis.
n
Passion for Car Audio and Mobile Electronics: You must have hands-on experience installing, tuning and troubleshooting car audio systems, communication products, drive recording devices, telematics devices, parking safety devices, etc.
n
Versatility in Installation: Skills that would enable the install of various accessories including Roof Racks and Towbars would be highly beneficial.
n
Independence and Cleanliness: Someone who can manage tasks without supervision and maintains a tidy work environment.
n
Attention to Detail: You take the utmost pride in every task being performed, ensuring you deliver the highest standards of quality.

Effective Communication:



Comfortable and capable of communicating in a respectful manner with customers and team members.
n
Leadership Qualities: Understanding the requirements of growing a successful workshop and building relationships that help achieve positive outcomes.

Work Hours: This Full-Time role is required during workshop operating hours, which are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Our workshop is closed on Public Holidays.
