This is an opportunity to step into a genuine leadership role with a growing Geelong-based accounting and advisory firm, working directly alongside the Director as their 2IC, with a clear pathway towards future partnership.

About You:
n
n
10+ years' experience working within Australian Public Practice.
n
CA or CPA Qualified.
n
Proven experience managing, mentoring and developing staff, as well as overseeing workflow.
n
Strong experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including Companies, Trusts and Partnerships.
n
Strong technical knowledge across complex tax matters, including CGT, tax planning, business structuring and Division 7A.
n
Commercially minded, with the ability to provide strategic advice and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
n
A confident, approachable leadership style with a genuine passion for developing others.
n
Ambitious and commercially driven, with the desire to play a key role in the continued growth of a successful practice.
