About the Role
n
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our Toowoomba team on a full-time permanent basis.
n
This is not your average delivery role. You'll be hands-on in a dynamic, community-focused environment - delivering products to local farms, supporting in-store operations, and building strong relationships with customers across the region.
n
This role requires availability to work Saturdays as rostered.
n
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
n
n
Receiving, unloading and safely storing incoming stock
n
Maintaining a clean, secure and well-organised warehouse in line with WHS requirements
n
Delivering rural products safely and reliably to farms and local businesses
n
Navigating rural routes to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
n
Assisting across all areas of rural retailing, including sales, merchandising and yard work
n




Providing friendly, solution-focused customer service at the counter, on the road and in the yard
n

What You'll Bring

A clean HV driver's licence with a strong safety record (Min HR)
n
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
n
Previous experience in a similar warehousing, delivery or rural retail role
n
A strong safety mindset and understanding of WHS and traffic laws
n
Familiarity with local and rural routes
n
Physical capability to safely handle manual tasks
n
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
n
Good time management, attention to detail and basic computer skills
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, close-knit team
n
Availability to work Saturdays as part of a rotating roster
n
n
As part of our pre-employment process, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
