About the Role

Car Sales Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Ringwood and Kilsyth. This full-time role involves assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, building solid relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that suit their needs and budget
n
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
n
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
n
Follow up sales leads and enquiries promptly
n
Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally
n
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
n




Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success
n

About You

n

n
Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive sales
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
n
Professional presentation and positive attitude
n
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
