Kings Cars Ballarat is an authorised Mitsubishi Dealership that is part of the Kings Cars Group across Western Victoria.

Our Ballarat team is currently seeking a Service Advisor or Customer Service Representative who can deliver Excellent Customer Service and can be efficient, multitask and take the Team to the next level.
n
Previous experience in the automotive industry is not essential but desirable. Previous
Leadership/Supervisory
experience an advantage. The successful candidate for this role will be provided with onsite training.

Skill Required:

Leading a Team to success
n
Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy Service department
n
Ensure that the best possible Service is delivered to our Customers
n
An honest and reliable work ethic

A willingness to go the extra mile for our Customers

Ensuring the workshop is operating at an optimum capacity and KPI's are continually achieved

Strong mechanical aptitude
