About You
n
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about quality and making a difference in the lives of young children and are ready to grow with our team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
A genuine interest in early childhood education and care
n
A commitment to completing aCertificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care across an 18-month traineeship through our RTO partnership with International Child Care College (RTO ID *****)
n
A currentWorking with Children Check(or willingness to obtain)
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
A friendly, skilled, and motivated attitude
n
Reliability and a willingness to learn as part of a supportive team
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Support the delivery of high-quality early learning programs
n
Assist with setting up and maintaining safe and engaging learning environments
n
Help with daily routines, hygiene, and supervision of children
n
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised setting
n
Contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful team culture
n
Ensure your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care units are successfully completed in line with the traineeship timeline.
n
