The Rolen
This is a genuine mixed
Property & Commercial Law
role, offering exposure to quality, interesting and complex matters.
n
n
Residential and commercial property sales and acquisitions;
n
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for sale;
n
Commercial leasing matters;
n
Property transactions and settlements; and
n
Providing practical advice to individuals, investors, developers and business clients.
n
n
n
Business sales and acquisitions;
n
Complex transactions involving multi-entity businesses and structures;
n
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements;
n
Shareholder, partnership and other business agreements;
n
Corporate and commercial advisory work; and
n




Providing ongoing commercial advice to established business clients.
n
n
You will have
solid secretarial support
, allowing you to focus on your legal work, client relationships and continued professional development.
About Youn
n
A minimum of
2 years PAE
in property and/or commercial law;
n
A genuine interest in property and commercial law;
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
n
A professional, practical and client-focused approach; and
n
The ability to work collaboratively.
