Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team full-time.
n
About the Role
n
Working closely with our broader project delivery team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of sites, including:
n
n
Supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
n
Coordinating trades, materials and site requirements with the project team.
n
Monitoring project progress and resolving site issues as they arise.
n
Maintaining clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams.
n
Conducting site inspections and ensuring WHS and site requirements are maintained.
n
Managing defects and handovers as required.
n
n
About You
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
n
Robust experience managing trades and subcontractors.
n
Commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment experience.
n
A trade background, with carpentry highly regarded.
n
Strong construction knowledge and the ability to read and interpret drawings.
n
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused and team-oriented approach.
n
Current driver's licence and White Card.
n
