About the role We are seeking a practical Software Business Analyst to assist in various software and systems initiatives within a developing small to medium-sized enterprise. This position will act as a bridge between business operations and technical execution, ensuring that actual business requirements are transformed into effective solutions without unnecessary complexity.

Collect, document, and verify business requirements.

Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Organize and lead workshops with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and software development.

Monitor project progress and assist in the implementation of solutions to meet business objectives.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role within the software industry.
n
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
n
Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
n
Proficiency in creating user stories and functional specifications.
n
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
