My client is one of Australia's leading food manufacturers, having grown from $70M to $700M in revenue over the past decade, with a transparent path to $1B in the next three years.

To support this growth, they are seeking an emerging marketing leader and proven doer. Someone who enjoys taking ownership, moving quickly and turning ideas into action.

Reporting to the COO, you'll lead a broad mix of brand, digital, trade marketing and product launch activity, partnering closely with Sales, Innovation and Operations to drive growth across the following:

Develop and execute marketing and brand initiatives
n
Lead product launches and go-to-market activity
n
Grow digital and social media presence
n
Create customer-facing marketing and sales collateral
n
Deliver trade shows, events and campaigns
n
Provide market and competitor insights
n
Manage agency and creative partners
n

You might be a Senior Brand Manager,



Trade Marketing Manager or Marketing Manager ready for a broader challenge. You'll bring:

FMCG, food, beverage or related industry experience
n
Solid digital and commercial marketing capability
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
n
A proactive, hands-on approach
n

Most importantly, you're an emerging leader who still loves doing the work. You're comfortable taking ownership, making decisions and delivering outcomes.

Based in South West Sydney, this is an onsite role five days per week.
