We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their esteemed team in the heart of Brisbane. The successful candidate will have a solid track record in commercial litigation, with a particular focus on estate disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex commercial litigation matters.
n
Handling a diverse caseload of estate disputes, including will challenges, trust disputes, and probate litigation.
n
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
n
Drafting and filing court documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and briefs.
n
Representing clients in court proceedings, including mediation, arbitration, and trial.
n




Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
n
Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers.
n

Skills and Experience

Extensive experience in commercial litigation.
n
Demonstrated expertise in estate dispute resolution.
n
Robust understanding of Queensland estate laws and procedures.
n
Excellent drafting and advocacy skills.
n
Proven ability to manage complex litigation matters.

Robust business development and client relationship management skills.
