The Role

As ProductionShift/Team Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies.

n

Duties include:

n

n
Oversee production line/shift teams of between 4 - 10 people.
n
Follow the production schedule and report on any problems.
n
Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics.
n
Implement lean principles to identify efficiency prospects.
n
Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused.
n

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
n
Strong safety, quality and productivity mindset.
n
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
n
Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
