Job Description
The Royal Sydney Golf Club invites a passionate Sommelier to elevate our wine program and beverage experience. Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, you will own wine operations, pairings, and events to delight members and guests.

You will collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head of Food & Beverage, lead staff training, and manage stock, menus, and supplier relationships. A WSET 3 or CMS Advanced credential is required.
