If you're a marketer who actually does the work — writes the copy, builds the pages, runs the campaigns, manages SEO, drives digital, briefs creative, uses Adobe and AI tools, coordinates offshore support and keeps everything moving — this role is built for you.
You'll run marketing across a multi‐brand portfolio in a technical B2B environment (with a little B2C where relevant). You'll plan, execute, optimise and report across multiple products, customer groups and industry sectors. And you'll
lead the Graphic Designer (offshore)
, ensuring creative output is sharp, accurate and on‐brand across every business unit.
This is not a "strategic only" role. This is a
hands‐on, sleeves‐up, multi‐channel marketing engine room
role.
What You'll Own (Yes — You, Personally)
Marketing Planning, Campaigns & Execution
Build monthly, quarterly and annual marketing calendars
Plan and run campaigns across digital, social, email, website, print and events
Develop campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, CTAs and timelines
Coordinate multi‐channel activity across website, email, social, paid digital, print and events
Manage competing priorities across multiple brands
Monitor performance and improve engagement, visibility and effectiveness
Lead and Manage an offshore Graphic Designer and Creative support team
You'll be using offshore support, so you can utilise for overflow work.
You'll be responsible for:
Prioritising workload across all business units
Providing clear creative briefs, approved copy and brand direction
Working together from concept through to final execution
Reviewing and approving all creative before release
Maintaining templates, collateral and brand assets
Ensuring every brand stays visually consistent and commercially sharp
Using offshore support for production tasks, resizing, artwork builds and repetitive creative work
You're the one steering the creative output — not just approving it.
Content, Copywriting & Brand
You'll write clear, commercial, accurate content across:
Websites
Digital newsletters
Social media
Brochures & flyers
Capability statements
Case studies & project profiles
Presentations
Product communications
Advertising
Event & campaign messaging
You'll maintain brand consistency across multiple brands,
each with their own tone, positioning and identity. You'll ensure technical accuracy and proof every piece before release.
Digital, Websites & Social
Manage WordPress websites day‐to‐day
Build pages, update product info, publish news and campaigns
Maintain structure, accuracy, forms and contact pathways
Run SEO: keyword research, metadata, headings, content optimisation, internal linking
Monitor performance via Google Analytics & Search Console
Plan and optimise paid search and paid social
Build audiences, messaging and landing pages
Own social media planning, writing, creative coordination and publishing
Track engagement and apply insights to future activity
Adobe + AI Tools
You'll use:
Adobe Creative Suite
(enough to brief, review and refine creative)
AI platforms
for copywriting, research, campaign development, analysis and reporting
This role suits someone who's comfortable using modern tools to speed up execution and improve output.
Campaign Monitor & Email Marketing
Build newsletters and EDMs (electric digital Marketing) end‐to‐end
Segment audiences
Write subject lines and CTA
Review and approve final builds
Track delivery, opens, clicks, engagement and website activity
Collateral & Promotional Products
Own brochures, flyers, capability statements, case studies and presentations
Prepare clear briefs and approved content for the Graphic Designer
Review and approve all creative
Manage promotional products, artwork, quantities, approvals and delivery
Events, Networking & Industry Activity
Attend networking events, exhibitions and conferences
Identify relevant industry opportunities
Coordinate pre‐event and post‐event marketing
Brief creative for signage, presentations and collateral
Lead KBDi Show participation in FY27
CRM, Enquiries & Market Intelligence
Maintain marketing databases and segmentation
Track enquiries and trends
Ensure contact pathways remain functional
Monitor competitor activity, product launches, market positioning and industry developments
End‐of‐Month Reporting
Deliver monthly reports across each business unit
Cover website traffic, enquiries, SEO, paid digital, social, EDMs, campaigns, events and market activity
Highlight wins, gaps and recommended next actions
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years' hands‐on marketing experience
Strong creative and commercial copywriting
Strong WordPress capability
Practical SEO experience
Paid digital advertising experience
Solid organic and paid social capability
Campaign Monitor experience
Ability to run multi‐channel campaigns end‐to‐end
Ability to brief, lead and manage an offshore Graphic Designer and creative support team
Strong creative judgement and accuracy
Commercial awareness and attention to detail
Comfortable switching between strategy and execution
Bonus if you've worked in manufacturing, building products, architecture, construction, technical B2B environments or multi‐brand organisations.
