Senior WorkCare Claims Management Consultant

Manage end-to-end injury management and claims processes in line with legislative and internal requirements
n
Implement early intervention strategies to support optimal claim outcomes
n
Facilitate safe, durable, and timely return-to-work programs
n
Assess, accept, or deny claims in accordance with SRC Act guidelines
n
Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and review medical reports to determine liability
n
Provide expert advice to stakeholders throughout the claims and rehabilitation process
n
Maintain accurate and compliant claim records within claims systems
n
Engage and manage rehabilitation and treatment providers
n
Support injured workers through legislative and administrative requirements

Ensure data integrity, accurate claim classification, and reporting
n

A successful Senior WorkCare Claims Management Consultant should have:
n

Demonstrated experience in workers' compensation claims management, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.
n
Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and regulations.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
n
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
n
n
