Oly Homes is one of Queensland's leading modular home builders, with a full calendar of work booked through to **** and beyond. Based at our Yandina manufacturing facility (soon relocating to our new Corbould Park facility in Caloundra), we're looking for an experienced WHS & Quality Systems Manager to lead our safety, quality and compliance systems across our manufacturing and installation operations.

About the role
n
n
Developing and maintaining WHS policies, procedures and management systems.
n
Coordinating workplace inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
n
Managing our ISO ****, ISO ***** & ISO ***** management systems and certification requirements.
n
Planning and conducting internal audits while coordinating external audits.
n
Maintaining WHS documentation, registers and compliance records.
n
Delivering WHS inductions, toolbox talks and safety training.
n
Providing advice and support to managers, supervisors and employees on WHS matters.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality and business systems.
n
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent).
n




Experience in a WHS management or senior advisory role.
n
Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to installation sites when required.
n

Highly regarded
n
n
Experience managing ISO **** and/or ISO ***** and/or ISO ***** systems.
n
ISO Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
n
Experience within manufacturing, construction or modular building.
n
Diploma in Work Health & Safety or related qualification.
n
