This isn't just a boots-on-the-ground role. You'll lead subcontract crews, drive quality and safety, and play a key part in establishing JK Williams' own internal pipe crew, giving the business more control, better margins, and a stronger future.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Supervising all civil pipe installation across active projects — stormwater, sewer, watermain, culverts, pits and structures
n
Keeping crews on program, on spec, and working safely
n
Managing subcontractors and holding them accountable for quality, safety, and productivity
n
Running QA,grades, alignments, testing, hold points, as-constructed
n
Helping recruit, develop, and mentor our internal pipe crew as we grow self-perform capability
n
Being the kind of leader people want to follow on site
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Solid background in civil pipe installation and on-site supervision
n
Comfortable with IFC drawings, specs, and QA requirements
n
Robust communicator who can manage subs and build accountability
n
Someone who takes pride in workmanship and doesn't let things slide
n
Experience with self-perform crews is a bonus — but attitude and ability matter most
n
QBCC licence highly desirable
