Kiddie Academy is seeking passionate and experienced Childcare Educators to join our growing team in Orange, NSW. As a Childcare Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and educational experiences for children, ensuring their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning experiences for children
n
Observe and document children's progress, adjusting teaching methods to meet individual needs
n
Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating workplace that supports children's well-being and learning
n
Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community
n
Adhere to all childcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care
n
Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Working towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Experience in a similar childcare or educational setting, preferably working with children aged 0-12 years
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
n
Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in fun and educational activities
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of children
n
A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
n
