Join a high performing maintenance team in a fast-paced, highly automated warehousing environment in South West Sydney. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role (approximately 50% tools / 50% leadership) supervising a team of 6 mechanical and electrical technicians.

Full-time salary $136,000–$156,000 including20% shift allowance

Key Responsibilities
n
n




Lead, mentor and develop a team of 6 technicians
n
Attend and coordinate non-routine technical work
n
Determine repair methodologies with techs and SMEs
n
Conduct risk assessments and organise permits to work
n
Ensure safety, compliance and quality of maintenance activities
n
Set goals and conduct performance and development conversations
n
n
About You
n
n
5–10 years as a technician, plus 2+ years in a 2IC/lead role
n
Trade qualified – mechanical preferred, electrical also considered
n
Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills
n
Confident working across mechanical and electrical systems
n
Experience in industrial automation (warehousing ideal, manufacturing considered)
n
Proven experience leading risk assessments at the point of work
n
Calm, considered decision-maker with a robust commitment to safety
n
n
