What You'll Do
Be the warm, welcoming and helpful first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and contractors
Deliver exceptional customer service, managing enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Create a positive first impression and provide a personalised experience for everyone entering the care community
Assist with administrative duties including managing mail, maintaining records, filing and data entry
Support the leadership team with general administration tasks as required
Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming reception environment
What You'll Need
Previous experience in a reception, administration, front-of-house or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A warm, friendly and professional approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive experiences
Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
