As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Investment Operations Supervisor into a key leadership role within their operations function. This position is ideally suited to a proven investment operations qualified with strong Equities and Fixed Income experience and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

The Role
n
You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operational activities across a broad investment portfolio, ensuring processes are executed accurately and efficiently. Alongside this, you will take ownership of team leadership, workflow oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Oversight of trade life cycle processes, including trade matching and settlements
n
Supervising reconciliations and daily operational controls
n
Leading, mentoring and developing a team of operations professionals
n
Reviewing and approving key activities, managing escalations and reducing operational risk
n
Driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency
n
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across investment, risk and finance teams
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will bring a robust technical grounding in investment operations, coupled with leadership capability:
n
n
Demonstrated experience across Equities and Fixed Income investment operations
n
Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle, with particular expertise in trade matching, trade settlements and reconciliations
n
Proven leadership experience managing, coaching and developing high-performing operations teams
n
High attention to detail with a structured, process-driven approach
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
n
