We are seeking a passionate Retail Skilled for our Charlestown Square Concept Store in Charlestown, NSW on a CASUAL basis. Please note this is in the Newcastle / Maitland region – not in close proximity to Sydney.
Responsibilities
Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them
Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‐Store Communication standards
Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way
Qualifications
Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
Passion for sport and ability to thrive in a team environment
Legal right to work in Australia is required
