Disability Support Worker Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunities

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We are looking for compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in an all-rounder role.

This position offers a diverse mix of work across:
n
SIL Homes – supporting participants with daily living and personal care.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Providing person-centred support to people living with disability.
n
Supporting participants to achieve their goals and increase independence.
n
Assisting with personal care, household tasks, and medication (where required).
n
Facilitating community participation, social inclusion, and recreational activities.
n
Promoting positive behaviours and engaging participants in meaningful activities.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous experience in disability support, community services, or a related role (preferred but not essential).
n
Strong communication skills, patience,
and empathy.
n
Ability to adapt to different environments and participant needs.
n
A team player who is also confident working independently.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Working With Children Check.
n
Current Police Check.
n
First Aid & CPR Certificate.
n
Valid Driver's Licence (with reliable vehicle).
n
Ability to work a rotating roster which will include some night and some weekends
n
n
