We're partnered with a quick-growing consultancy with enterprise clients. This role is suitable for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure cloud-based applications.

You'll work hands‐on across architecture, development and deployment, while guiding engineers and helping shape technical direction.

Key responsibilities
n
Design and build enterprise applications using .NET, C# and AWS
n
Lead architecture and system design for cloud-native platforms
n
Deliver solutions from development through to production support
n
Build secure APIs, microservices and event-driven systems
n
Mentor engineers and support technical decision‐making
n
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery and code quality
n
Required experience
n
Robust commercial experience with .NET, .NET Core and C#
n
Deep AWS and cloud-native development experience
n
Proven solution architecture and distributed systems experience
n
Experience with REST APIs, microservices and event‐driven architecture
n
Hands‐on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD
n
Solid understanding of security, testing, observability and production reliability
n
Experience leading complex technical initiatives
n
Experience with Generative AI, Amazon Bedrock, RAG, LLMs or vector databases would be highly regarded.
