Job Description

Janus Henderson Group is seeking a Senior HR/People Partner for the Australian business. You will act as a strategic partner to the local organization, delivering proactive People guidance and support across Employee Relations, policy guidance, engagement actions, talent reviews and compensation while handling BAU activities.

You will use and analyse people data to advise leaders, support lifecycle ER matters, and collaborate with Reward, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams.
