Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to hotel guests.
n
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
n
Serve meals and beverages in the restaurant, bar, room service, or function areas.
n
Set up and transparent tables while maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
n
Process guest payments using the POS system.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver excellent service.

What We're Looking For





n

n
Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
A positive attitude with a robust team focus.
n
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (if required by your location).
