We're experiencing rapid year-on-year growth, and we're now looking for our next State Manager to lead our NSW operations. It's a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on managing multiple sites and is ready to play a key role in our continued growth.

About The Role:
n
As the NSW State Manager, you will lead and oversee operations across the state, ensuring the performance, efficiency and safety of our technicians, vehicle fleet and warehousing functions
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Oversee day‐to‐day operations across both the Moorebank and Northwest Sydney warehouses
n
Maintain a weekly visitation schedule across both sites to ensure alignment and performance
n
Lead, mentor and support your teams to deliver high‐quality service
n
Build a positive team culture and support staff development
n
Drive operational efficiency and provide regular updates to the National Operations Manager
n
Work with managers to resolve escalated customer issues
n
Support ongoing recruitment for your state
n
Represent and uphold the Mobile Tyre Shop brand and Values
n

About You:

A strong, hands‐on leadership and management style.
n

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills across phone, email and in person
n
Robust problem‐solving skills with an analytical approach

Effective time management and ability to perform under pressure

Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Sydney sites and, as the business grows, to the ACT.
