About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager -Maldon Gold Project we are seeking a proactive, safety-conscious Jumbo Operator to execute the re-establishment of our Union Hill Mine. From exploration drilling and exploration development to preparation for potential future production.

Is this you?

Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as an Underground Jumbo Operator in both development and production
n
Proficient in operating Twin-boom and Single-Boom Jumbos
n
Ability to read and interpret mine design plans, specifications and survey markings
n
A strong commitment to quality and safety?
n
n
Desirable (not essential) tickets or experience that you may have
n
n
Knowledge of various underground mining methods
n
Experience in use of underground mobile equipment such as loaders, trucks, IT's, telehandlers
n
Certificate III in Underground Metalliferous Mining
n
Australian Working Rights
n
Australian C Class Drivers Licence
n
National Police check clearance
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screen
